JuxtaHub reserves the right to interview and use photographs taken during classes and other programs for the marketing and promotion of JuxtaHub Art and Innovation Center, without compensation. By entering the premises of JuxtaHub Art and Innovation Center, guests grant JuxtaHub the right to to use photograph, voice or likeness in any promotional materials without notice or payment. This may include but is not limited to photography, video filming, and social media.
Official JuxtaHub.com media presence may include the following social networking sites: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Any individual, group, or parent/guardian who does not wish to have themselves and/or their child photographed is able to indicate so when completing the Emergency Contact Form* for classes and workshops or by filling out a waiver.
*For Summer Camp: This form will be sent to registrants separately, at least one month prior to camp.
