Home Brewing Workshop

$25 FEE includes all supplies

JuxtaHub is pleased to host the Lehigh Valley Homebrewers Club for this exciting new beginner-friendly workshop.

The Lehigh Valley Homebrewers Club serves as an important educational resource for aspiring and current amateur home brewers. The club’s goal is to promote the development of the craft brewing hobby and the appreciation of craft-brewed beer, cider, and mead, while having fun in the process.

The course will consist of a foundational overview of how beer is brewed and the ingredients, materials, and processes used in home brewing . We will cover all grain and extract brewing options and the associated differences and benefits of each for new brewers, recipe selection and ingredient sourcing, tips and tricks to make your first brew go more smoothly, and options for feedback as you progress in the hobby. Following this overview of the theory of brewing, students will be invited to join the Lehigh Valley Homebrewers the morning of May 4th at Yergey Brewing for practical exposure to the brewing process we brew to celebrate the American Homebrew Association’s Big Brew day.

You must be +21 to attend.
