What to expect for August 11, 2026 JuxTuesday from 6p-8p.
6p-8p: Guests are invited to enjoy the closing reception of The Color of Stories exhibition featuring artworks by Lehigh Valley Artists. Join the fun on the 2nd floor with our fabulous Resident Artists. As always, refreshments will be served. Special thanks to Yergey Brewing for providing some of our beverages! And Boodelicious Cakes will be vending yummy treats.
Classroom: On August 11th, Joyful Giving will be joining us in the classroom to put together Joy Maker bags for the community. We invite guests to lend a hand and help make the bags with Hannah Votta Coleman & JuxtaHub. Interested in making a donation for the Joy Maker bags? Hannah Votta Coleman created Joyfuls, a gift box business in 2017 that was inspired by the original Joy Maker, her daughter Charlotte Joy. A year later an idea sparked about developing a non-profit branch out of Joyfuls because she believes everyone deserves a gift! She held this idea close while building Joyfuls and trusted she would know when it was time to start Joyful Giving. Convergent Maker Space (CMS): XR headset demonstration with Livy McClay. It is also Fix-It Night. Fix-Itย Night is a free, hands-onย repairย event where community members bring in broken household items and work with volunteer experts to learn how toย fixย them.
