Ryan Hill, Executive Director
Ryan Hill has been a committed leader in the Lehigh Valley’s cultural landscape for nearly twenty years. Prior to JuxtaHub, he held roles at the State Theatre in Easton, Civic Theatre of Allentown, and ArtsQuest, where he spent 14 years rising from Programming Manager to Senior Director while building cinema and comedy programs from the ground up, creating two still-running festivals, and pioneering innovative accessibility and sensory-friendly initiatives. He’s produced thousands of events in a wide array of fields, including culinary, live theater, drag, music, fashion, cinema, and comedy.
Growing up just outside of the Lehigh Valley, Ryan graduated from Ithaca College with a Communications degree and started his career in broadcasting, working at radio stations in the Lehigh Valley, Ithaca, and Cincinnati. Ryan was a standup comic for 10 years, opening shows for Marc Maron, Patton Oswalt, Dave Attell, and many more; he also was the Managing Director of the Associated Mess improv comedy troupe and has acted in shows at Civic Theatre of Allentown, the Pennsylvania Playhouse, and Touchstone Theatre in Bethlehem. He continues to put his Communications degree to use as a freelance instant replay technician for Astound TV’s coverage of high school and college athletics, a role he’s held for nearly two decades. Ryan has also been known to host the occasional trivia night and counts Jacobsburg State Park as his favorite place in the Lehigh Valley, as he likes to hike when he’s not working.
At JuxtaHub, Ryan is focused on expanding community impact through programming at the intersection of arts and technology, strengthening fundraising and operational infrastructure, and growing educational initiatives. He’s excited to build the community arts center the western Lehigh Valley needs.

Lauren Huggler, CMS Director
With a background in fine art, industrial design and STEAM education, Lauren is passionate about creating hands-on learning environments that spark conversations and creativity. Outside of work, she loves throwing pottery, silversmithing and baking sourdough bread- all extensions of her love for process, experimentation, and craft!
Lauren graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a Master of Science in Industrial Design, where she focused on the impact of products and how thoughtful design can enhance everyday life. She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and Architecture, where she majored in Metals, Jewelry, and CAD-CAM, and minored in Art History. It was during this time that Lauren was first introduced to the world of 3D modeling and printing. Since then, she has continued to expand her skill set by exploring multiple facets of design.
She is excited to build upon her experiences in the Convergent Makerspace. She aims to build a buzzing, inclusive community of makers of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. Lauren’s vision is to cultivate a space where people come to inspire, collaborate and challenge each other as designers- making one of a kind creations while focusing on foundational skills. She feels that her diverse career path led her directly to this role, from designing medical demonstration models and adaptive tools to developing and instructing dozens of makerspace programs, she believes she can make a meaningful impact and help shape JuxtaHub into the creative hub of the Lehigh Valley. Lauren often says “design changes lives,” and strives to continue inspiring others to think like designers- curious, empathetic, and bold!

Nina Boodhansingh, Programming Manager
Nina is an abstract painter, quirky collage artist, and mentor. She is also the former Co-owner, Director, and Curator of Midnight Galley in Schnecksville, PA. She graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and received an Associate in Communications from Lehigh Carbon Community College of Pennsylvania. After graduating, she was a Resident Artist of Kutztown University, followed by the Cigar Factory in Allentown, PA, and later The Banana Factory in Bethlehem, PA. Not only is she a dedicated artist and curator, but she serves as a mentor to artists and collaborates with local schools, universities, and organizations, where she generously shares her knowledge and skills with the community.
One of her proudest accomplishments was creating a solo exhibition called Chronically Chill in August 2025. Chronically Chill is an interactive exhibition that invites the viewer to travel through stages of Nina’s life while exploring the challenges of chronic pain and mental illness. She has hopes of this exhibit traveling to other galleries and museums.
Outside of the art business, Nina loves working in her home studio, gardening, collecting trinkets, hiking, exploring nature, roller skating, birding, talking too much, and spending time with family, friends, her husband, and their super cute dog.
As JuxtaHub’s Programming Manager, Nina manages visual arts initiatives with a focus on creating engaging, fun-filled experiences for the community. She is dedicated to fostering accessibility, advocating for mental health, and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and resident artists alike.
